ABOUT ME

Hey there, I’m Christine. I currently live in Charleston, SC (by way of Boston, MA), with my husband and an adorable 3 year old daughter.

I’ve been working in higher education, since… oh my… 2003.  After graduating from Clemson University with a bachelors degree (GO TIGERS); I went on to attend Emmanuel College where I received my masters degree. Since then, I’ve been a part of many great teams at colleges/universities like Wentworth Institute of Technology, Bay State College, The Citadel, etc. Today I find myself at Southern New Hampshire University pursuing my passion and a bachelors degree in Graphic Design, third time is the charm!

Even while working in higher education I lead many office advertising campaigns, designed brochures and edited photos to display in our offices.  I created design fun and memorable messages without sacrifing important information. At that time I didn't have tools, training or knowledge to create professional designs. I love working on all things creative, but my belief has always been: "If a project is something I can be successful at, I will gladly do it. If not I will happily step aside and let someone else take care of it".

Creativity has always been my outlet and gave me personal satisfaction. I am proud to have taken the leap to begin this graphic design program.  I knew my desire to better myself would help me conquer adversity I may encounter.
